This project involved the renovation of a master bathroom, a laundry room to walk-in pantry conversion and a kitchen facelift. The master bathroom received a new layout with a custom double vanity and recessed medicine cabinets, a new undermount tub, a steam shower with body sprays, a linen cabinet with a laundry hamper, and the addition of a chute for a laundry dumbwaiter. The dumbwaiter addition provided a practical and convenient solution for moving laundry between the home's levels. Relocating the washer and dryer to the basement freed up space off the kitchen for a walk-in pantry, which has a sink and functions as a baking area. The kitchen received new glass cabinets extending to the ceiling, a new range and custom range hood, new cabinet doors and drawer fronts, a painted cabinet finish, a new tile backsplash and new wall paint.
