Built in the 1970's, this kitchen was still in it’s original form and needed updating. An existing peninsula divided the kitchen and breakfast areas, and proved to be an inefficient layout for the homeowners. A new plan was created to open up the space by removing the peninsula and wall, which also allowed more natural light to flow into the space.
