We have lived in our 144-year-old house for 10 years. I designed the redo of one bath and the kitchen myself, so I have a good vision for these things. However, the old bedroom that at some time was turned into a bathroom without a shower and laundry closet really had me stumped. We enlisted KH Design based on a recommendation from our son and daughter-in-law who had used their services. We wanted to refresh and brighten up our small kitchen with new lighting, repainting and replacing flooring and a few cabinets and adding new appliances. We were very impressed and satisfied with the services that Keri and Holly provided in conceptualizing the kitchen design, working with the constraints of our small space and then organizing the subs and scheduling the completion of the work. Particularly they have a cadre of subcontract workers who are very professional and easy to work with. We were well satisfied with everyone who worked on the job. They were diligent, skillful and exacting in each of their specialties. KH developed an integrated schedule and coordinated with the subs to get their concurrence. Mostly that schedule was met with few glitches. We chose to coordinate the on-site work processes and got good cooperation among the subs. Kari was available to help with the few problems that arose.
