About Us

Keri Herring, Principal Designer, is an Interior Designer with 30 years of experience in commercial and residential design. KH Designs was established in 2001 and offers extensive design services ranging from whole house renovations & additions, to kitchen and bath remodels, and basement and attic build-outs. Along with these full-service offerings, the team also coordinates fixture, furniture and fabric selections, designing custom built-ins, paint consultation, art procurement and installation, as well as decorating. Keri also has experience with and loves to design for accessibility and aging-in-place, which allows the entire home to stand the test of time.


From a small refresh to a total overhaul, KH Designs offers multiple package options. No matter your choice, the team is here to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible. Each project is unique, but here is what you can typically expect.

Our Process

Getting to Know You

You, the client, come first. KH Designs takes their time to listen to clients' needs, paying special attention to the details. They are committed to understanding your goals, timeline, and budget, knowing that every project is different and offers new and exciting challenges.

Designing Your Home

Each piece of information you share is factored in to create a design that suits your space and needs. The team utilizes 3D technology to draft the plans for your project. You’ll see a first person view of the space you want changed. Once the design is approved, the team can continue with trades procurement and finish selections.

Implementing the Plans

The final step is up to you. With plans in hand, you can handle the rest yourself or take advantage of all the resources we have to offer, from consulting to construction project management. Renovation can feel stressful, but KH Designs is here to be an advocate and a liaison between you and the contractors. 

When the project is completed and the dust has cleared, you’ll be left with a home that you’re proud to call your own.
